Here are a few pros and cons of renting a fully furnished apartment for short stay.

You might have to pay more for getting a  furnished apartment  on rent, as compared to a less furnished one. If the landlord has provided you more furnishings, he would definitely charge more. If any of the furnishings like furniture got damaged during your stay in the apartment, then you would have to compensate for the same. Moreover, the landlord does not replace the furnishings every time a tenant moves out. Furnishings may show wear and damage, as they were already in use previously. You may be liable for repairing these, if they got damaged. It really doesn\'t feel good to be responsible for another person’s furnishings.
